Hypit-AI
Language and runtime that lets AI coding agents clone viral videos into reproducible workflows.
What the agent does
Gives Claude Code, Codex and similar coding agents a video workflow language: drop in a reference video and the agent clones footage, word-anchored captions, B-roll and effects, then ships many variants in one command. Generation models are optional — workflows can compile captions and code-rendered visuals for $0.
Business model
Open source free to self-host; commercial license for multi-tenant/SaaS; model costs pay-as-you-go (~$0–$1.15 per short). VC-backed.
Lessons for builders
- Sell the agent a reproducible workflow, not a one-off clip — structure that survives a rewritten script is the product.
- Open-source self-host plus a commercial multi-tenant license lets builders start free and pay when they ship SaaS.
- Word-anchored (not time-anchored) editing is a sharp wedge when agents rewrite scripts at scale.
