What you get
The MRR Ledger Verified Snapshot files (every listed business, its sourced revenue figure, how and when it was verified, and the dated history) as published on mrrledger.com on the day you download them, plus these written terms.
Licence grant
MRR Ledger grants the buyer (one company or individual) a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the files internally and in commercial work: analysis, research, dashboards, internal tools, and products or reports that show or are based on parts of the data.
Attribution
Credit "MRR Ledger" with a link to https://mrrledger.com wherever figures from the files are shown to others.
Not allowed
Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the files, or a substantial part of them, as a dataset in their own right (for example, publishing the files or offering them for download or via an API).
Third-party sources
Each figure belongs to the source it cites (for example TrustMRR, a press article or the company itself). This licence covers MRR Ledger's compilation, verification labels and dated history; it does not transfer any third party's rights.
No warranty
Figures are as reported by the linked sources, dated, and never estimated by MRR Ledger. They can be wrong or out of date. The files are provided as is, without warranty; MRR Ledger is not liable for decisions made with them. Not financial advice.
Public data stays open
The free public files on mrrledger.com remain under CC BY 4.0, which already allows commercial use with attribution. This licence adds written terms for the paid files and their dated history.
